1. What is the Reward Salad Program?

When Reward Salad cardholders pay with cash or by credit card at any participating merchant store, a certain percentage of the purchase amount will accumulate points on your Reward Salad card.

2. How to use accumulated points?

Customers can use their points instead of cash when they make a purchase.
These points are redeemable* as 1cent per point or 100 points for every $1.
*Point Balance must be at least 1000.*

3. Who is a Reward Salad customer?

All customers can join the Reward Salad network as long as they carry the plastic card with the Reward Salad logo on it and Reward Salad mobile 2D or 3D barcode.

All Reward Salad card members must create a new account and register with basic information such as a user ID, password, gender, address, e-mail address, and occupation on our website (www.rewardsalad.com) in order to redeem points.

4. How to add points to cardholder?

Merchants will add rewarded points to cardholders' account.
Accumulated points will be converted into redeemable points when merchant completes the payment for added points.
The point rate* will be determined by merchant and merchant will cover the portion of point rate.

*Supermarket: minimum 1%, Restaurant : minimum 2%, Retail Shop : minimum 3%
